« Ordered 28th April before 12 am requesting and paying extra £4 for delivery within 24 hours. Order taken together with credit card funds. Didn't arrive by mid day Tuesday 29th April followed DHL tracking found the remote still in France. Actually received remote on 7th May. All this time I had tried to speak to someone at remote control express by telephone. The phone number is never answered ! »
