To place an order on our website, please follow these steps

1	Connectez-vous sur notre site Internet : https://www.remotecontrol-express.co.uk
2	Search the remote you need; use our search engine(brand, number of buttons,...).
3	Click on the remote, which looks exactly like your original remote.
4	You are now on the product sheet for your remote. If the remote is available in our catalog, you will see a blue button on the right side with the text: 'Add to cart'. Click on this button. If your remote is replaced by a different model, you will see a blue button on the right side with the text: 'Find here the new remote control', Click on this button. You will be transfered to the replacement product and then you can click on the blue button to add the product to your cart.
5	You are now on the page where you can change the quantity. If you want to order more than one, change the quantity and click on 'Update your cart'. Then click on 'Place order'.
6	You are now on the page where you have to fill in your adress. Please type in delivery adress, telephone numberand your email, so we can contact you in case of any problem. Then click on 'Go to payment'.
7	You are now on the page where you can choose how you want to pay. You can pay with PayPal, creditcard or bank transfert.
8	If ou validated all these steps, you will receive a confirmation Email. If you paid with creditcard or PayPal, your order is valid instantly and we will prepare your order as fast as possible. If you paid with bank transfert, your order will be validated after reception of your payment on our bank account.
