KING-GATES STYLO 4 is a gate remote control available in black with white buttons and in other several colors. The KING-GATES with the reference STYLO 4 is a Rolling Code remote for gates, it has 4 buttons and operates under the frequency 433.92 MHz.

KING-GATES STYLO 4 was designed to be used as a control device for automation systems.

It particularly stands out for its modern design. Its rectangular shape and its rounded edges that optimize its elegance. Its casing in chromed metal allows it to a very long life, and is very easy to use thanks to its 4 buttons. 

A very simple programming method, it’s a rolling-code auto-programming device and can also be programmed from the receiver.

Important information

WARNING : It is important to not confuse the model  STYLO 4 with the model STYLO 4K. They have the same casing but they are not the same model and they do not have the same functionalities. 

In order to distinguish the two remotes, press a button on the remote. If the LED remains lit it’s the model STYLO 4K, if the LED twinkles slightly, then it’s the STYLO 4 model. 

In addition, the STYLO 4 transmitter is compatible with all de receivers of the same brand, but does not operate in Master Way mode. On the other hand, the STYLO 4K can function in Master Way mode. 

Please Note: The 4K model is only compatible with the new STARG8 control boards.

Whereas the STYLO4 is NOT compatible with STARG8 control boards.

ATTENTION : If the remote control shown here is your original remote, you can replace it with the model King Gates Myo 4C. BUT, if your original remote is the King Gates Myo4C, you can not replace it with this model. 

NOTE : This remote control is not compatible with the old receivers : Fred 11, Fred 22, Fred 33, etc.

KING-GATES STYLO 4 remote control replaces this KING-GATES gate remote :

• KING-GATES CLIPPER.

It is compatible with the following KING-GATES gate remotes: 

• King Gates Myo 4C

• NICE FLO4

And with : 

• Receivers from pre-2010 up until 2018

Stylo4 4-channel rolling code key fob with a small size, it is powered by a long battery life, 3V battery type CR2032. A distance up to 100 meters. It has an auto-programming function .

Easy and user-friendly programming, only takes few minutes with the receiver or with an already-programmed remote control. 

If you have difficulties in programming the remote, don’t worry, a manual is delivered with the remote control.

How to program KING-GATES STYLO 4 remote control ?

Important steps of the programming

Receiver-based programming:

• Press the programming button P1 on the receiver board (press once for channel 1). Release the button, the LED L1 lights up.

• In the following 5 seconds, press the button you wish to program on the new remote. The LED L1 flashes once. Wait 10 seconds.

• Your new remote control is programmed.

• Repeat the same procedure to program the second button. But this time you press the programming button P1 twice.

Is the STYLO 4 model the same as the STYLO 4K ?

These two models have the same casing and the same appearance but are not the same model at all.
To distinguish them, press a button on the remote, if the led remains lit it’s the STYLO 4K model but if the led twinkles it’s the STYLO 4.

The STYLO 4K is compatible only with STARG8 control board, while the STYLO 4 is not compatible.

Is it possible to program this remote control if i live in a co-op ?

If you live in a co-op, it is not possible to program a new remote, the radio receiver is intentionally locked by the system installer.  Please check with you installer or your syndic for details if the system is locked or no. 

If you live in an individual house, no need to worry, the installation is not locked and the programming is very easy.
