« I have laid out in email the issues that i have been experiencing. Advising that I would be returning the units supplied for a replacement or a refund. As the current units after several hours to attempting to program do not connect. The frequency is different than the current controllers. only to be told today that i cannot be refunded or seek a replacement sit is no longer eligible. I do not understand this statement and im not sure that something is no longer eligible when supplied wrongly or a replacement is refused. So every unhappy and disappointed with this latest response and I expect it to be changed and either a full refund or replacement correct units provided when you have recieved the units back that I posted to you Today. »
