« The remote control I ordered (Logisty TU444) was supposed to be a replacement for a Daitem 614-21x. I live in the UK but the manufacturer does not provide installation instructions in English - only French, Italian and Spanish is available. I tried to programme the remote using the diagram provided, together with the Daitem installation instructions, but the central control system could not identify and assign a number to the remote, making the rest of the process invalid. I did have some initial difficulty contacting costumer service but, although they did try to find English instructions, this proved to be unavailable. I am now awaiting a refund which I have been assured I will receive, so in the end the matter is resolved. »
