If your remote is a new Marantec model with black round shaped buttons, the programming adapter will be provided with the remote, do not purchase this adapter.

It is impossible to get through to you on the phone & your answer phone has some random unrelated message. It has taken 7 emails from me for you to agree to let me return the remotes for a refund, which I have now done & I am still awaiting the credit to my credit card.
