« Order number 2516256 was placed 8 November. I have had to re-order it on 15 December Order No 3483936. I had to order AGAIN on 30 December, Order No 3566722. I was told on 7 January that an investigation had been put in place and to allow 10 days. And today, you ask me how it went! I want the remote controls I ordered, what else is there to say!!! »
