« I received my remote which is supposedly the one replacing my old model. The instructions in its box to program was one sentence which did not make sense and did not work. I have searched all over the website for the programming videos and instructions you say you have and every time I click on it for the simple remote it goes back to the sales details. I called the number and just get an answer phone message in french or german even though it was a Friday in opening hours. i spent 2 hours trying to google how to program and trying to work it out myselft. Very frustrating. Called the people who service the garage door and they say they have the original model of the remote as it is still being made so I wish I had gone straight to them. carolineturpin@yahoo.com »
